It is no secret that it has been pretty colder these days than during the same period last year. I am not sure why--but I am sure scientists will debate about it--this is happening, but a sudden drop in temperature is certainly not good for everybody, especially because not everyone has a heater at home.
In line with this, Erie County in Pennsylvania opened the Mental Health Association building as a warming center to help people pass through the night.
