For almost his entire life, forty five year old Kent Fullerton, has been in the drilling business. He is currently a salesman for Wellhead Distributors International and is among some seasoned industry tradesmen in places such as West Virginia and even Texas.

In Erie, at the Bayfront Convention Center is where, last week Fullerton had spent a couple of days. There were near five hundred or so, technicians, tradesmen and so forth, up to even managers and executives at the Bayfron Convention Center.
