Malcom Kysor, 54, was convicted for murder and is about to serve a life sentence from beating a man to death in 1981. He was caught last April in a park in Bakersfield, California. He pleaded guilty via a video conference when he was at the state prison at Mercer and about to be sentence on 2nd of March. It is no secret that it has been pretty colder these days than during the same period last year. I am not sure why--but I am sure scientists will debate about it--this is happening, but a sudden drop in temperature is certainly not good for everybody, especially because not everyone has a heater at home.In line with this, Erie County in Pennsylvania opened the Mental Health Association building as a warming center to help people pass through the night. Lack of budget for security personnel led to the sheriff of the Erie county to close the county courthouse's secondary entrance.
