The president and CEO of First Niagara, John R. Koelmel, said that the company was indeed pleased to begin serving more than two hundred thousand customers across the whole of Western Pennsylvania.
As a tribute to the employees, and also with their assistance, the First Niagara company was able to to complete their transaction and re-open branches, in less than five months.
A special thanks was given to the new set of five hundred plus, colleagues, based in Pennsylvania.
