Malcom Kysor, 54, was convicted for murder and is about to serve a life sentence from beating a man to death in 1981. He was caught last April in a park in Bakersfield, California. He pleaded guilty via a video conference when he was at the state prison at Mercer and about to be sentence on 2nd of March. Kysor escaped through hiding in a prison trash can in Sometime in November 2007 from the Albion state prison
