Everyone is invited to attend the free all-day public celebration to kickstart the $9 million expansion of the Erie Art Museum. It will be held on May 8, 2009 at 1:30 in the afternoon in the Erie Art Museum Annex at 20 East 5th Street.
Visitors can enter the museum for free from 11AM-5PM and from 7-9PM. The Erie band the Heliotropes will be there to give entertainment, while the visitors will be given the chance to make their mark on the construction fencing and sheetrock.
